Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings, intimate apparel, or customized products may not be eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer support team at support@geminiluxury.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Securely package your item(s) and send them to the address provided.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please notify us when you contact customer support.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
- We will cover all return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items and send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
