Returns & Exchange Policy

At Gemini Luxury, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our Returns & Exchange Policy is designed to make the process simple and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings, intimate apparel, or customized products may not be eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@geminiluxury.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Securely package your item(s) and send them to the address provided.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please notify us when you contact customer support.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • We will cover all return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items and send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
